Below is our Sales Contract & Health Guarantee
We must have a signed copy of this contract prior to the final sale of any puppy. Please

Puppy Contract Agreement
TtownBordeaux (seller), assures that the puppy sold is in good physical health on this day
of purchase. All necessary shots and de-worming have been done. The purchaser (buyer)
agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours for a
health check up. Ttownbordeaux must be informed immediately of this examination, should
the puppy be determined to be unfit for purchase due to a life threatening illness, disease or
congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may
upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian be returned for another
puppy of equal value and sex if available at the time or a refund of the puppy cost. Puppies
that need to be shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel Cough which is common in
puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and
like the common cold, it must run it course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on
its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking it
up you need to be aware of this.
TtownBordeaux also offer’s a replacement on our puppies up to 3 months of age. If the
puppy develops congenital or hereditary life threatening disorder(s), we will replace the
puppy with another puppy of same sex, and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided
the conditions below are met and kept by the buyer:
1. Buyer will offer this puppy back to breeder first if ever for sale or in need of placement.
2. If puppy dies within one month a replacement will be offered providing the buyer has a
veterinarian's autopsy report which indicates that a congenital defect was the cause of
death. Buyer pays all shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy.
3. Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy. Including proper
vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments, and show records of such care
should buyer have to return puppy for replacement.
4. Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to show routine veterinary care, or if
puppy is sold or transferred to some one else or injured by accident or neglect, this
contract does not cover any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies,
any viral bacterial diseases or disorders brought on by parasites. This contract agreement
does not cover what in the bulldog breed we consider normal: Cherry eye(s), Entropia,
Ectropia, "loose" hips, skin allergies or Demodectic mange.
5. TtownBordeaux will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that
owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarians and understands that he/she will be
responsible for all payments.
6. There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy
regardless of show or breeding potentials.
7. TtownBordeaux is not responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused by lack
for training, discipline or proper dog socialization which is determined by every dogs
personality. I, the buyer have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof and
acknowledge receipt of it. We are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein.
TtownBordeaux requires a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit, starting from 1 weeks of age,
this will assure the buyers of their pick puppy until ready for placement. The remaining
balance of $ 2,000.00 is due before the puppy is released to buyer. If securing a place in
line of pick order before the puppies are born a five hundred deposit will be acceptable to
hold place of pick order until the birth week and will be refundable if your pick gender is not
in this litter

* It is TtownBordeaux preferred policy to personally ground ship our puppies by hand to the
new owner for an additional fee, if over 50 miles from our home. Ttownbordeaux feels that
personal ground shipment is in the best interest for the puppy. However if buyer chooses
personal transport with puppy, via airlines, a small transport crate and a notarized health
certificate is required by all airlines. All arrangements, reservations and expenses for
personal puppy transportation via airlines will be the buyers responsibility.

At 4-6 weeks I will be feeding the pups 1-2 RAW chicken
raw hamburger and ½ Taste of the Wild ground together in
raw turkey necks 1 or 2 per day along with kibbles, mine
easier and not get chocked but even if they try to swallow
whole they will not chock themselves they will work it back
up and go back to chewing. Do not be alarmed if they do
this time and again until they get it down but they will not At
4-6 weeks I will be feeding the pups 1-2 RAW chicken

raw hamburger and ½ Taste of the Wild ground together in
cuisinart. As the pup gets bigger you can start feeding out
raw turkey necks 1 or 2 per day along with kibbles, mine
easier and not get chocked but even if they try to swallow
whole they will not chock themselves they will work it back
up and go back to chewing. Do not be alarmed if they do
this time and again until they get it down but they will not
available, a custom butcher shop is a good source. raw
hamburger and ½ Taste of the Wild ground together in a
cuisinart. As the pup gets bigger you can start feeding out
his freezer and for 2 months she ate raw venison daily and
kibbles. To encourage kibble eating I am currently slightly
browning the burger for big dogs and mixing a small
emphasize the importance enough,.As the puppies grows
the need for Hamburger wanes and should be phased out
gradually between 4 - 5 months . Sienna started eating
turkey necks at around 6 - 8 months but she would prefer
chicken wings but when the pups no longer need wings as
they grow big enough to eat the turkey necks, the wings
will have to go just because of the price difference.
There are many opinions on raw feeding this is my
experience and practice you should do the research for
your self before undertaking raw feeding.
